Savastat - Load Compensation and Reactive ProgrammersWith 25 years of experience in the heating and controls industries it was recognised that an opportunity existed to reduce fuel consumption through gas and oil fired boilers and that the greatest potential for saving energy was from the existing installed stock of boilers. A control dedicated to energy saving, without loss of service and capable of being easily retro-fitted to any boiler was conceived. Savastat LC controls were first manufactured in early 1991.
Since then we have developed additional products which also reduce energy consumption in Direct Fired Water heaters in addition to an advanced range of water treatment devices which combat scale and improve overall water quality. This site contains information on all our products and explains their benefits when utilised in a diverse range of applications.
Government Seal of Approval - Diana Maddock (English Member of Parliament) whose Energy Bill became law in 1995 commented during a visit to the Fuel Economy Limited factory, "This Bill lays the foundations of a comprehensive strategy for the UK for the first time.
